Claude Langley, Owner Claude Langley has been a professional in the construction industry for 35 years. He graduated from the University of Missouri in December of 1974 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to starting C L C Company in 1993, he held construction positions with other firms that included Field Engineer, Office Manager, Safety Engineer, Cost Engineer, Project Superintendent, and Project Manager. As owner of C L C Company he now manages all phases of the company operations, including estimating, purchasing, scheduling, project management, and safety.
