Our company was founded in 1993 to provide design/build to suit services for developers that attracted a broad range of tenants. We have completed a wide variety of projects from 1,500 SF Quick Lubes to 180,000 SF Furniture Showroom/Warehouses and nearly everything in between including Multi-Family Residential, Fast Food, Pharmacies, Office, Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Veterinary Medical to name but a few.
For 17 years we have been unique to this market because we have the ability to produce a solid scope of work and budget to suit each client before the project is submitted for final design to an Architect/Engineer. We choose Architects/Engineers who will work closely with us to improve the quality and efficiency of the construction process. We have consistently gone from concept to certificate of occupancy without a single change order. We are very sensitive to the fact that developers and tenants will have to maintain a relationship for many years after our warranty has expired and only strict adherence to our mission of “Meeting The Needs of Every Client” has given us an 87% repeat business rate.

Achieving such a high client satisfaction rate immediately generated referrals from these clients which propelled us into the negotiated and invited bid markets. Over the last 15 years 65% of our projects have been design/build to suit, 27% have been negotiated contracts, and 8% have been invited bid contracts.
